FDP Introduction

Build the brand equity and recurring income of a global franchisor.

The FDP uses a business-format franchising model to grow brand equity and shareholder value through international franchising — creating revenue and a sustainable recurring-income stream from royalties and the supply of products and services.

An initial brand immersion is conducted at your HQ at the start of the program, and the full schedule and timing are agreed at that point. All content is completed in English and delivered formatted and ready to use at the end of each phase. WFA's Marketing & Advisory program launches at the conclusion of the FDP.

Module 1 · Development

Franchise Recruitment Process (FRP)

The optimal international development model and plan, plus a recruitment toolbox to manage the process step-by-step — from first candidate contact to definitive agreements (development model, target markets, evaluation, negotiation).

Module 2 · Operations

Operations Platform Review (OPR)

A detailed review of your restaurant/unit-level operations manual and platform, with a gap analysis on what's available versus what's needed for international master-franchise development.

Module 3 · Legal

Franchise Agreement Suite (FAS)

The initial, interim and definitive agreements for international recruitment: Key Terms Summary (KTS), Letter of Intent (LOI) and the Master Franchise Agreement (MFA) template with schedules and the unit Franchise Agreement.

Module 4 · Int'l Operations

Franchise Relationship Management (FRM)

The systems and processes to build and manage long-lasting relationships with international master franchisees — territory profiles, business plans, org structure, communication matrix, reporting, R&D/QA, training and marketing information.

Module 5 · M&A

Marketing & Advisory Service (M&A)

WFA's one-year Marketing & Advisory program. When you select at least 3 of the other modules, the standard US$10,000 fee for this service is waived and it's packaged into the FDP.
